It seems like they're still undecided about the FUP yet, which's mean limit cap most likely will be changed. Then why did they want to put cap already? Maybe they want to see how ppl react about the quota and adjust it accordingly later.

They forget that people spend on anything more than 512kbps is because they are heavy bandwidth user. Does anyone here subscribe to 4mbps just to use 20GB of data transfer every month?
