subscribed 20mb, and installed one hour ago, as for current maximum speed for downloads, either BT or megaupload (with account) is about 2mb+ kinda disappointing..
P/S: Something fishy about the router they gave us, when i kept asking for the password to it, they seems to be ignoring my question.. anyone knows what's the login into the router?

QUOTE(cshong @ Apr 4 2010, 01:27 PM) Your 2 mb is megabytes per second or megabits per second? If you are saying what you see on your computer, your computer will only show the speed in megabytes per second. 1 megabytes = 8 megabits. For the 20mb package, 20mb means 20 megabits per second. So, 20 megabits per second / 8 = 2.5 megabytes per second. However, I am just tell you the information. I am sorry, abit noob at this sorta stuff, so what does this say? QUOTE(Fantasia @ Apr 23 2010, 07:26 PM) i encounter this problem again!!! seems like nobody experience this... I am having the same problem, anyone experiencing this? i have no idea how to file report to them. all they ask me to do is to speed test, and if it's 70% of 20mb, they cant anything.
