... 12 am ok but 11.50 am is impossible... working hour is from about 8 am to 8 pm. maybe 8am to 8pm cap after 8pm uncap to 8am. haha

rather than capping... maybe they can offer packages like... 2Mbps during peak hour, 5Mbps during off-peak hour. Unlimited cap. Maybe this can reduce network traffic during peak hour. Anyone with me? Lolz
