SO now they want to cap all services

A sign that they bloody refuse to upgrade their rusty infrastructure and wants to force our hands now. So what its going to be. 60GB for hsbb and 10GB for normal user only? refuse to spend money on upgrading the network, so just blindly cap everyone

They forget that people spend on anything more than 512kbps is because they are heavy bandwidth user. Does anyone here subscribe to 4mbps just to use 20GB of data transfer every month? Seriously let me know if anyone is doing this. Lets see who wants to subscribe to their high speed crapping if they cap everything

Thats why they advertise with cap. If they implement them anytime, there is no breach of contract.

You can only cancel IF your TOC did not mention anything about cap, IMPLICITLY and/or EXPLICITLY, and they cap you later on which could be a breach of contract, hence serving as grounds for contract termination
