You might find this post out of topic, but I want to give some views about sharing in local.

Sometimes, we have to get international content first before sharing with local content.

As you know, some of the local distributed ORIGINAL DVD, the quality are more worst than the version downloaded from the internet. Take a look at original DVD for latest TVB dramas. TVB film and broadcast the drama in 16:9 format. But, in Malaysia, the DVDs were produced in 4:3 format by cutting left and right part, this is the most annoying.

So, if anyone want to share the latest HK TVB series, better not to rip it from the DVD you purchased, instead download the TVB broadcast version and then share with local.

I have to agree with this.

Don't forget that there is a statement on their website stating "The monthly download volume policy will not be implemented until further notice".

Let me say something about the cap.

If TM start the 60gb cap for the Unify, it does not mean you can download 60gb of data.

If the 60gb means 60 gigabits, 60 gigabits / 8 = 7.5 gigabyte. That means you can only download the files which total size is up to 7.5 gigabytes.

Oh ok.

Is impossible for our country because of the $$$ face government.

Anyway, question to those Unify users, TM claim that there is a cable breakdown affect the internet connection to Europe and U.S., do you get affected?
