I think TM should release a package which does not includes the IPTV. I have Astro in my home but I don't watch it too often. So no point to pay the 'rental' for the extra IPTV set-top box and extra hypp.tv channels. It is a waste to subscribe to something I don't watch.

By excluding the IPTV, they can either reduce the price or increase the cap. This will definitely make more people happy.

Get your own telephone wiring contractor to re-position the cable.

Yes, it will make more people happy. But it won't make TM's pocket fat smile.gif

Hey guys. I got my Fibre cables fixed with the technician yesterday (Wednesday).

It's a good impression for me, free 2 months usage, I'm one of the tester.

I don't have much comments now, I'm just downloading stuff like shit. biggrin.gif

hey there.. got one question wana ask those who are using the UniFi now..

if you connect the IPTV set top box to the ports behind the FiberHome modem instead of the D-Link RG, will it work?

if it works, then it means we can use our own router instead of the one TM provided. rclxms.gif

can someone try it out for me? thanks! =)

That's is a good idea. Can ask a contractor to take off the internal fiber laid and relay it over and above the ceiling in pvc conduit.

To me all who get their installation done early are testers, practically. They will not be charged anything until the end of June. The only difference with the those testers selected by TM is that they are given 20 Mbps speed to test.
