i'm enjoying my 1st laugh, as i read thru the older threads
i was being 'ejek' by peeps of being too skeptical to a point that every post sound like whining and they said, 2 days ago...
look, PM is there to do opening ceremony, must be grand!!!
look, it's 5mbps!!!
look, news said they were looking into pricing!!!
now who's whining after the 'grand finale' revealed to be too lame to believe...
look, blaady cap!!!
look, blaady expensive!!!
look, current line is still blaady congested as hell!!!
some forumers are either too young, too naive or just plain stupid (i forgive those who are retarded, mentally challenged people needs love and care...) to believe that GLC will finally be doing something good to the public other than tneir wallet.
this time i'm laughing for the price and caps.
*laughing menacingly*
more laughs to come...
HURRY!!! SUBSCRIBE!!!
Sadly some of us were hoping for a change. When the rumors became official, we gave up and it's back to complaining again

Extract from The Star :
TM, solve current problems first
I would like to congratulate TM for launching its new High Speed Broadband. Although the pricing has not been released yet, most domestic users are not bothered because I do not think many domestic consumers will be subscribing to it.
I wonder why TM embarked on this so-called High Speed Broadband project when even its present “low” speed is not maintained properly.
This month alone, I had a “port” problem thrice. I was unable to read my Streamyx webmail from overseas.
Calls to its service centre were met with, “Sir, it’s normal for our webmail to be like that.”
As consumers, I do not believe we should accept this kind of answer.
Although the customer service people are polite, they are of little help as solving
connection problems takes up to 24 hours.
In this time of high speed broadband, 24 hours seems like a millennium.
To TM, I suggest you look into the present problems of Internet access by going through all the reports and complaints to your customer service department.
Solve our daily problems first before further expanding your High Speed Broadband.
MALAYSIAN ARAB,
Shah Alam.
Actually there was some sort of maxis ftth beta testing going on, anybody know anything about it?
Not to say that they have their own demons in the closet such as very low bandwidth caps as well for their prior packages :/
