Among all Nokia phones N900 is like rebel.Most of the users here flash it with Global firmware because Nokia did not lock firmware for N900 according to region.
Even if they did,we can easily delete the shutter sound.

For Satio perhaps you guys should look into custom rom option to get the silent camera.

I got thinking about vivaz at first, but now the price for Satio already drop and got xenon flash somemore. Strangely why SE don't include Autofocus video recording in Satio when vivaz has it.

by default it has one . as mentioned earlier its region dependent .

SE have been never better than nokia except in certain aspect.
From the years you know nokia have its own OS and market share.

Satio camera sound can be disable.. At camera there go to setup.. then shutter sound.. then choose no sound.. SETTLED.. haha

Yes, I've read some reviews on it as well.

My point was that I thought Satio was better than Nokia's phone as in shutter sound and not as whole, regardless of hacking your phone or editing any files.

And I already said that my phone came with no shutter sound which gives me an impression of better than Nokia in that aspect. Never did I said Satio is better than Nokia in every aspect did I? And as some users said, it goes down to our own preferences. You can't force someone to prefer something they don't like do you?

that's the question i want to ask them too~why this two phones hardware almost the same yet the firmware are tottally different?

But i amaze SE did a good job by putting a powerful processor into it and good camera. Why didnt nokia do the same?

Just go search for n97 games, 5800XM games and even X6 games all works on satio due to same OS

Nokia focus on Software and not camera.
not like SE,cheating their customers :-(
besides,
Satio using image sensor size 1/2.5 which is same with N97 and also N82


nokia n8 will have 1/1.9 image sensor size.
wat i can say is that it is definitely better than much phone's, and also many of the digital cameras.

If compare N97 = Satio wins
If compare 5800XM = Satio wins
If compare N900 = satio wins
If compare X6 =satio wins

yea if u compare n82 and n8 sure this both win le
