Use a converter to convert it to mp4 format. OJ Soft Total Video Converter. Select the first option. ur mp4 might slightly differ from the one which the default player can play. I had this problem few times after converting the problem is gone

Umm why Satio is so special? My last time Sony phone K618i ( I know very old) don't have this problem. I can direct record in video mode and play back in phone without converting..... Why Satio need to convert?

i think you satio has a problems, mine work perfectly.
I dont have any problem to playback my video after recorded it.

Yeah, you can give it a try, maybe something goes wrong with your phone.
Try hard reset back the phone.

*#7370# = Hard reset your phone. This will erase ALL your data and bring back the default phone settings (like when you first got your phone new). Default lock code of the Satio is 0000

*#7780# = Soft reset your phone. Data like contacts, calendar and notes, are not removed. It will only reset the phone settings, such as profiles, themes and shortcuts.
