After few months of struggling with this proton car dealer. I decided to disclose this shop to give warning to the future proton car buyer.
Let's start the story here...


I had book a Saga M-line Auto with this shop on Dec 2009, and that time they promise to deliver the car to me before Chinese New year... I was so happy at the time after listening that, imaging driving new car during the CNY. But, sadly... the week before CNY, call back the agent, being told the car will be delivered week after CNY.
So.. no choice but just to wait.

I was so busy after CNY and totally forget about the car.. until last week 15/03/2010 still no feedback from the agent. So, I call him again, to ask what happen with my booking, this time he give another reason saying stock shortage from proton and give me the DAMN I-care phone number.. ask me to follow up with proton. WTF! This agent is totally no responsibility, pushing his job to me... he sitting there putih-putih collect the sales commission.

The next day, i don't bother to call this FXXX I-Care.. Really fed up with proton, decided to cancel the booking & buy with perodua. So, i call this agent ask him prepare the cheque which i've paid for the deposit at earlier time. Sure he talk alot nonsense.. but i still insist to cancel.

The climate of the story is coming..

5 min later, this guy call me and saying my car is ready now, he is taking other ppl's car which booking made on july2009. (I know he is bullshit there, because i know my friend booked on Mid DEC 2009, already got his car before CNY). I keep listening his new story.. this time he say if i want to get the car faster.. have to pay RM50 so they will submit the vehicle regisration to JPJ in a express counter (SHIT LA.. I don't know got such counter in JPJ..must be try to cheat my $!). So, i don't pay him.. i keep waiting see when he deliver the car to me.

I don't know is anybody from here have such experience.. or i'm just the unluckiest man here..

Please be careful if you want to buy from this shop.

Hopefully my future new car will not give me any trouble.

saga m-line auto, at 1st booked on silver colour.. but the SA told me silver is heavily shortage of stock, we i decide to take the purple..and he said that will be faster.. But end up still keep waiting.
So, now the unit he processing on vehicle number registration is Silver colour.. I'm really no idea which words from his mouth is true.

luckily you are walk away from this shop, or you will have the same faith like me..

finally get the car, and no defect noticed at the moment.. lets cross our finger
