before you pay deposit, all car dealer will say no problem for everythingssssss....
once you paid deposit, they start all the bullshit, non-sense, not their fault bla bla bla....all car dealers is the same because my dad know a lot of car dealers....
do u make any complain to proton HQ?

Same thing happen to me but different places, which is Cheras Proton, promise to delivery but broken the promises, i just get the car after 4 months although the car is ready stock. At the same time they had steal the 5000km voucher and dont want to redeem back. Complaint had been made but no action and the best part the broken promises given by the MANAGER. Really dissapointed with proton. Tak Nak proton anymore..sigh..

I also have similar problem with this BakatMas Melaka...
I first book my car with downpayment rm 500..
i booked a naza forte 1.6 sx..
they promised free gifts - tinted glass with free bodykit..
so i agreed and at that time, i wanted white colour..
a few days after that i asked for a change in colour as my loan was not yet approved at that time...
the salesperson there told me that i cant change the colour because they have already booked the car and settled everything with JPJ..
i can get the car a day after the loan is approved..

so i just said ok...

after my loan is approved..
i wait..
and wait..
and wait...

called them everyday..
and everyday, there will be problems...
orang bank tak bagi my loan number to them la..
jpj off line la..
bla bla bla bla...

after a week and lottsss of panggilan yang menyakitkan hati,
at last they said my car is ready....

as i cant go to take the car and asked my father untuk ambil kereta untuk saya..

and guess what..??

yes my car is ready..
with the bodykit, still in boxes...
and they said, pemasangan sendiri...

what...?????
very stupid ok!!!!

mana ada org beli kereta nk kan bodykit dlm kotak...?
apa benda ni...?????

to all those orang melaka..
kalau nak beli kereta...
sila la cari dealer lain...
kalau nak beli kereta dgn mereka..

I know this is an old topic... but I agreed... ppl in Melaka please avoid Bakatmas at all costs. Very rude sales person... went to see proton car at 2 different branches and went 3 times still cannot test drive. ( test drive person not working it seems)

Best thing is got balls to call me up and say I never pick up phone. WTF I told the fella straight away alot of people call me and WTH why do I have to pick up your call ? Who the F are U?

Very bad sales etiquette. Am very glad I didnt buy the car yet. Pity Proton though all these rude sales people tarnish the car image.
