I just got the offer letter by today....My 1st interview was on Mar, 2nd interview was on May....The HR process is terrible slow.
But regarding to the staff benefit, it is quite less if compare if others bank. Even no optical claim....However, I still choose it as my future career as I believe it will getting better. But my boss told me the bonus is quite good, atleast 4-6mths, but, depends on your performance also. Some of the staff will get adjustment after confirmation, but Im NOT....I believe the benefit package offered is customized and difference.

It is nearly 3mth.. As in between I was accepted HLB offered but last minute I decline HLB, as I heard many ppl said HLB is workholic company, everyone has to stay back until very late....

So, I still give myself a chance to Ambank... Hope I would regret...

You should give urself a chance as well. I heard HR said average can get 3mths bonus...This is most attractive me so far...

Its OK... Everyone will have own decision making.
