I have a complaint regarding unifi.

i went to their official website

used the search locator, input my correct address and it said my area is supported. So i called up the hsbb hotline and also went down to their tmpoint and they said they couldn't find it in their system.


I noticed today they have changed their search locator to only those 4 areas are supported.

tmnut are prolific liars. At least be honest and say you found my place on your own damn official website, don't lie it's not showing. If it's a mistake on the website at least say so

Now i suspect there are areas that can already go live (likee my area) for hsbb, but tmnut won't give you until after July when they can charge you for installation fees.

I even sent them an email enquiring about the service but they never replied. their customer service is total bull-sh1t

HSBB need cap.. to ensure stability and good speed 24/7.

But the cap must be reasonable. 60 GB too little.

FALL FOR THIS HSBB TEMPORARY "NO CAP POLICY" TRAP.......ONCE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT FOR 2 YEARS, YOU ARE A GONER.



YES, BOYCOTT ALWAYS WORKS....IT HAD PREVIOUSLY BRING DOWN MANY GOVERNMENTS TO IT'S KNEES....SO WHY NOT HSBB.
