They don't have the intention to remove the cap. Just to monitor, and with any luck, hopefully they'll revise the cap. It's actually mentioned when people emailed TM/Unifi about it.

that is normal for most t&c but if tmnet changes the terms i would like to see them renegotiate my contract or lwt me keep the contract i signed not affected by the new changes.

you know what happened between TIME and TM a few years back right? The case of TIME using TM's tunnels to deploy their cables illegally and got sued... TM actually waited for them to finish before bringing it to court...
