Submarine landing rights in bolehland are belongs to TM, awarded to them by BN.
If like that even if a private consortium or companies are to build the international cables which will mean "giving" it to TM automatically. Who wants ? If I am boss of ISP, just the Penang and Selangor market enough already. No need 1malaysia. The extra billions saved reinvest again for better profits.  |
