im using msi mobo...
so i set
AMD cool n quiet --> disabled
CPU ratio ---> 13
CPU NB ratio---> 9
Advanced clock calibration---> disabled
auto overclock----> disabled (when i enabled it,i need to wait the cpu blinking like 30 sec,then only the pc will start....)(when i disabled,i dun need to wait,pc straight away boot,but there is
no change in my bus speed)
WHY?
HT link control---> 9
others all i cannot changed, dunno y...

the 200mhz base clock cannot change?

i think the auto overclock is a feature from the board to auto adjust the clock speed for you when you enable it.

never use this board before, but the auto overclock should be disable la, since you are now manually overclock.

yes, i overclock before.

for my case (different motherboard with you), after press F10 and ENTER, pc will directly reboot, no need to wait..
