If I bid the house with a lower price successfully, and later after I do some touch up and sell at the higher price.

Can I do that within 90 days? what if it is in the progress of loan application?

You only become the owner of the property AFTER you've paid the full amount to the Auctioner.

So if you're getting a loan, the property only transfer to your name after the loan has been disbursed.

You can sell within 90 days of even sooner if you buy cash though.

If you are getting a loan but want to sell within a very short term period, I would advice you to get a no-lock-in period loan. Even if sell within a few months of full loan release, no need to pay early settlement penalty.

Contact me for more info on no-lock-in period loan. I can arrange with few different banks.

Regards,
