tried the HSBB at my gfs house just now as she had the free testing. i think it was 20mb
got ard 1.8mb stable from apple.com, utorrent ard 700kbps and youtube 720p hd loads quick enough for you not to be waiting.
if they maintain it this way then i think its a good job from tmnut's part

got ard 40mbps to kl server and ard 6-8 mbps to europe from speedtest.net
