I blame their management rather then their regular staff .... at the end of the day its the managements fault and responsibility for training their staff to ensure a good customer service and satisfaction. The staff only operate and do as their told to.

When neither is accomplished, obviously someone at the top is either ignorant or not doing their job hmm.gif

Anyway i wouldn't mind 30% discount .... got any job opening hmm.gif

You know what. If DIGI is given a license to implement fixed line, i bet we can achieve almost similar package pricing like our neighbour Singapore in 5 years time!!

TM monopolized the market together with UMNO....no competition, that is why they're free to charge as they like.

And yet some people think what TM charging is "reasonable".....this country really has no hope with people all brainwashed by UMNO 50 years of dictatorship.

dude, every country in this world implements toll at highways la. stop being blind. please don't be a katak-dalam-tempurung for so long.

change the way i'm thinking? haha. why should i?
i'm saying something realistic and u're just want something premium at low price coz u're just being selfish.
only people who can't afford something good will give so much reason to make them looked right.

u can complain on all the taxes and shits here in this country all u want. sure, u can leave this country and live at your so called paradise in other countries u never been of. i would like to see you try. if u can't even afford to pay for HSBB, lets see if u can survive living on other countries.

people like u make me laugh.

Can I know how long the broadband service lasts?
Like I pay RM38 for 2 years, so the broadband will be terminated that time also?

It's not actually a secret. The brochures are available at TMPoints. I took mine in TMPoint Taipan just now. The caps and prices mentioned earlier are correct.

And the brochures stated that the cap will be apportioned by day which means 2GB per day which sucks balls really.

do you know if TM decides to scramble the ports, it will affect TMNut, Jaring and sentralfon users?

most of them are piggybacking the end miles, control by TMNut...

I just want the explanation on recent slowdown on Youtube streaming and other video sharing sites.. using Streamyx 1Mbps

IS THAT BECAUSE THEY STOLE THE BANDWIDTH AND DEDICATE TO HSBB?
