What happened when you exceed the cap? drop to 1mbps? or 64kbps like Australia?
Anyone have ping result?

What interface are they using? Optical?

Local in malaysia sure. But international subpar speed, no where near 80%

So even if you ignore the speed cap ratio bullshit, you still get nothing to pay for it because international speed is still gonna suck rolleyes.gif ( i saw the beta results, so i have a general idea ).

There will be an initial promotion, waiving charges for standard installations and activations worth RM300. In addition, the standard package is inclusive of equipment worth RM800 that will be given free-of-charge to customers

what da fuk..... RM800 AND M300?? that mean, 1100 just to install it in future?? wow that really really attractive..... that still does not include deposit

we just got screwed again by TM.... and our Singaporean neighbor is going to laugh at us.... Starhub 100Mbps Broadband costs only SGD86.88 / MYR205.319 WITHOUT BANDWIDTH CAPPING.

And the IP TV channels offered by Unifi are mostly FTA (Free to Air) channels, DWTW, Fashio TV, Taiwan MTV, Channel News Asia and etc which you can pick it up via any Satellite broadcasting them for free (using 3rd party satellite decoder and dish of course)

I'm requoting this because I realized the same too before he posted it. Everyone should requote this.

I think most likely cap, if they cap IPTV also that would be a real let down.
Yeah anyway i don't mind a download cap, a fair go for everyone provided tm can ensure quality service aka no drop out, good download speed and ping.
But still expensive.

Why not tmnut just take off the iptv from the 3 packages and reduce rm50 from the packages?

IMHO,the cap is really ridiculously low.Whoever watch a lot of videos on the net or sharing it with a few people will be screwed.I haven't even include heavy downloaders yet...
