Looks like they have a FAQ already. Here's one on installation fee

Now is promotion so installation and activation fee is waived. After that have to pay RM300? Wow...
*
I rather that they keep their silly router, and instead give me cheaper monthly subscription. My DIR-655 router is way better and can handle more connections then the one their giving :/

it is unfair for the users that have to wait until Q4 2010,
how if they start to charge from June 2010 onwards?

A couple of pages back (well, probably MANY pages back by this point!) someone mentioned a 30% off package for TM staff. Before lunch, I called 100 and on the way to office stopped by at the TM centre in Cyberjaya. Both employees told me there are no staff packages for Unifi.
*
maybe just a rumour

from what i've been told, no staff package YET...but who knows, if TM dare enough not to appreciate their own kuli tongue.gif

QUOTE(Lord_Ashe @ Mar 25 2010, 01:53 PM)

*

if it reach the limited and reduce the speed to 1mbps with no xtra charges that would be fine, like P1wimax. no extra charge, but the download speed become slow only.

"However, the FUP will not impact customers who do not exhibit abusive usage behavior....." according to the Unifi FAQ

So most people are abusive users. Bloody disUnifi.

If I assumed with gst then we need to pay:

149 > 156.45

199 > 208.95

249 > 261.45

if add it together with your mobile phone bill means we need to pay 200 to 350 for only telecommunication. Personally for me that is a lot

the modem of course doh.gif but i don't need the router. They should cut costs by removing unessentials. Give us the option whether to use their hardware or buy our own :/ instead they want us to pay a higher subscription so they can cover cost for those hardware their giving us.

They say it's free but were actually paying higher subscription for them to make back the cost of those goods doh.gif

I guess it's also a good idea to wait and see what speeds they can *really* deliver once the Unifi subscriber base increases whistling.gif

So depressing when the green HSBB pedestal is right in my back lane but I can't afford the premium subscription prices doh.gif
