Online advertisement is a marketing strategy, or a channel to let more potential buyers to know some good products out there. Just don't act childish by expecting people to reply instantaneously. Pick up the phone and ring up to get the information needed. Negotiate reasonably if you are a genuine buyer. No point asking best price and MIA later. It is wasting seller's precious time.
