Because they know how to use other better way instead of waiting for a reply via forum. If you insist on dealing online, i believe there's so much ppl are doing it and keep the eye on the screen. I am not 1 of them.

In case you dunno what ea is doing everyday, pls use ur mighty internet skill to search for EA then maybe u get more understanding on what we doing and why all my customer are against the "late reply accuse".
