Almost certain BLR will go up further. Based on signals from BNM, rate will be slowly "normalized" this year.

That's very good for fixed rate, this is the first time I heard fixed rate so low. Is there any terms and condition?

I might have considered that loan, but I just accepted BLR-1.9, zero lock-in period, sad.gif.

While the package may sound good, will be quite a hassle maintaining your account if they dont have any branch near to your home or office.

Added on March 30, 2010, 11:31 pmthe claims regarding bank islam rate is not true, i already clarify with them... currently most of the bank offer me blr -1.8... some even lower then that... sc can offer b-1.8 for first three years or something without zec and if with then 1st year is 3.88 and therea after is b-1.8
