got d Galaxy S from Maxis last week, RM1699, and and all u need to do is sign up for the iData plan, which is RM48 for 500MB each month for minimum of 12 months.

I bought Galaxy S with Maybank instalment, it's a credit card thing, nothing to do with Maxis... It's a 12 month DATA plan commitment to get the rm1699 price, at rm48 a month only.. Just pay the 12 months for 500mb per month la, terminate for what...

I bought mine using a credit card @ Sunway. i asked for 0% instalment facilities. the Maxis salesgirl said only Maybank provide such facilities to their card holders, so I swiped Maybank and that was that.

It's not whether Maxis provide or not, it's whether your bank provides...
