I still don't know about why countries decide for region lock. But if they want to make region lock, please make games that are region free. Like Love Plus + for example (EXAMPLE. NOT THAT I WANT THE GAME). Allowing provision for that is good enough.

not to say that i'm not thankful for your advise on getting the nds charger, however, i was just wondering what am i suppose to do with the 3ds charger which is non-compatible with the msian voltage...anyway, should not be a main issue
