How to play with friend for SSF IV?

yes you can,just like NDS.

first add your friend,
then go to the friend lobby
create game,or your friend create,
u will see the game.

I need help. Is SSIV really a great game that i should buy???

you can cello tape to remove them. that's what i did...either the 3ds is dust magnet or my room is full of them.

i bought at mines some game shop there, for 1300 FF14, NINTENDOG.
kinda feel cheated. because the box is not sealed, and there is some history of game played.. not be able to register our 3ds serial number for warranty very bother me..
