Easy for some people to say. This issue isn't about waiting, it's about the principles and exercising your rights. If you're not any one of those in line getting 3DS, it's easy to point, laugh, or whistle sarcastically at those fuming at this situation. For posterity, I'd do the same to whatever situation you've waited eagerly and have the rug pulled underneath you. See how you feel.

Tak minat, or not eager to get one? Stay out of the line and stay quiet. Your unnecessary sarcastic comments aren't helping the situation and in turn, will be looked upon as illwill but others who are.

we also have vent out our anger at maxsoft from kyo's site...it's just that some of us doesn't want to get too work up over it all over the thread.

but i'm sure getting one from MMSuck aren't the one and only method, right?

LYN sellers are selling unofficial sets around RM200 extra from the price of what mmsuck is selling, but you don't have to buy the 4 stupid games

But even if MMsuck decided to remove the T&C of buying 4 games, do you think the price of 3DS alone still will be priced at RM940??
My bet is MMsuck will hike up the price at least for another RM200, knowing that MMsuck never sell their "official" product lower than market price.

maybe kyo could just buy 2 pairs of Steel Diver and Pilotwings Resorts for each 3DS and sell it to us with a little mark up on those softwares.

This place remains an enigma to me. Serious change to sarcastic to troll-like to joking all in one page. Pastu plak talking in words only few can understand. So forgive me if I move to my standard neutral SERIOUS mode when talking. THAT is why it's SO SERIOUS.

That being said, my points remain. If you let things slide on one occasion, you will forever lose your advantage. Sooner or later, people will see that it's easy to take advantage of you, and your rights will slowly be chipped away. I learnt this the hard way in my work environment at work. Simply put, it has come to a point now where I'm working with an airline which does not pass a single privilege to its staff to travel confirmed seat on the flights my company operates. So yes, I am serious. Stop these daylight robbers from chipping away your rights.
