Fuh! Intense sakit kepala after a long extended play on the 3DS. Note to self: if marathon playing on 3DS, after the first hour, turn off the 3D. Damn!

The result of that extended marathon play? Ridge Racer 3DS now Event 19 on the Grand Prix, and my cars are able to go up to 370kmph on nitro. Unlocked some really BEAUTIFUL stages, which makes you wanna play even more! For those thinking of getting RR3D, persevere and you'll be rewarded. The earlier stages are bland and generic, but once you get to the later tracks, they're phenomenal!

SSFIV3DS have a long way to go. Despite being the early fav of mine, I'm playing RR3D more than this game. Unlocked a couple of endings, and have yet to get any figurines from StreetPass mode. Probably coz no one else has 3DS around the places I roam.

Also on the built-in Mii Plaza minigames, I've completed my first puzzle, and on the second dungeon. Need to purchase the puzzle tiles (2 Game Coins per tile) as well as the soldiers to fight for me in the dungeon (2 Game Coins per soldier). End result? Puzzle pieces completed, got the picture of Mario,Luigi and Bowser solved, but can't move any more forward until I get someone to join via StreetPass. The dungeon minigame is still progressing, with being able to purchase soldiers. But collecting Game Coins to purchase these soldiers are a bit of a pain, Game Coins, so far, can only be obtained by activating the pedometer on the 3DS and walking around. It's 1 Game Coin per 100 steps, so I need to get walking.......or walk on the treadmill.

oh man. i thought got some improvement if playing NDSL card on 3DS.

i think majority people will turn off the 3d effect as it can make bad effect for eyes... play because of gameplay,not because of funky graphic

I have the 3DS, I think I can make that judgment call myself, thank you very much. 3D bad for eyes, riiiiiighhhht. Might as well just stay with your NDSL/NDSi and be done with if you dont wanna move away from your comfort zone and try something new.

that another reason for you to go for gym and work out a bit... instead of keep sitting on the couch...

The feature is called StreetPass, NOT GymPass. Unless everyone in your local gym starts carrying 3DSes with them while they're working out, your statement is invalid. StreetPass encourages 3DS owners to explore the city they live in, and meet other new 3DS owners. NOTHING to do with being a gym rat.

Put it this way.

Heads to gym, leaves SSF4 in 3DS.

Runs on treadmill, patung also train.

But I cant challenge someone on SSFIV3D while running on a treadmill. That is a disaster waiting to happen!

The price doesn't matter to me, it's a given that it'll be cheaper than the Japanese unit I've bought. Cepat announce how much and when!

Already know the price. Kyo's price very competitive. Bounded by his NDA not to tell until he announces it later. The conditions however, is worrying.

EDIT: First experiment with 3DS. Take it to Johannesburg. How many "steps" would that count as from KL?
