I have a plan to purchase a house and recently found the Intermediate Single Storey Low Cost plus terrace house for sale (under construction) located at prime area in Kuching. The house briefly details:

width 6000 X length 27000
Total cover are: 1210 sqft
Total wall-up area: 793 sqft
3 rooms & 3 bathroom
Can park 2 cars

Although it is titled a 'Low cost plus terrace' house but I found the materials they used to built is same standard as standard single storey. May I know is it worth to buy this house? The advantages that I can say is that it is located at the prime area and close to my workplace but the downside would be too small in term of size consider the price is Rm210K.
