If i have RM100,000 to invest, On Shares or Property

Hi there,
Can all the master out there share your thoughts in this? RM100,000. I can start investing up to RM1,000,000 of property. Assuming 90% loan. OR RM100,000 worth of shares. What are the factors to consider? |

If i could fetch RM500 rental pa for a RM100,000 property, i will get 6% of returns. This is before appreciation of the property.
On average, how much is % does property go up in USJ 1 area? I heard LRT coming sooooon.. |
