I seconded that what iamsobloodysick said is true. Been into electrical line as him for amost 25 years, it's only the truth that our profit margin are actually peanut. On top of that sometimes we made profit on other stuffs like installing wall bracket, water heater or installing tv aerial.
Some customers actually laughed when we said that we only made RM30 on the fridge that he bought and inlcusive of transportation!! Tough business on electrical retail. |

If movies downloaded from the internet as .mkv files, then it need to encode in AVCHD format to play back on the tv. did not actually test that yet. But after encoded in AVCHD and burn in DVD5 blank disc, playable in Panasonic and Sony bluray players.

Just contacted the manager of Sure Reach Express on breakage if deliver outstation. Sure Reach Express provides additional insurance to cover the damage. If the tv arrived and cannot be switch on, then it's Panasonic job to get it repair. The insurance is to cover breakage as this damage would not be cover by Panasonic.
Hope thi helps Kevin |

complaint to Panasonic, no guessing. Could be striked by lightning and panel problem.
Added on December 1, 2010, 12:10 amhappened to a couple of LCD before and turned out to be panel problem...Some are vertical and some are horizontal lines.. This post has been edited by kevinc66: Dec 1 2010, 12:10 AM |
