After purchase completed house from them dont want to repair defect of the house keep delay from January until now sucks.Promise me done last week but nothing have been done.Waste people money and time to look for them.Next time dont buy house from IJM developer.

if u try talking to their sales office and nothing get done, you should write letter directly to their CEO, attention to all their directors as well as all their department head and remember to cc copy to mp of your area also. Fax the letter to their general line. Tat will surely get their attention.

I found out that this kind of issue not only exist for IJM but same to other industry. Their after sales service is very bad. Hardly can find those company that provide good services.

Even some bank claim that their customer service hotline is 24/7. But when calling them, no one answer even during office hour and need to call more than 3 times.

Another lesson to be learn, never trust the developer 100%

Those who are doing repairing job are sub con from the developer.....so don't expect too much....

give you few example...

1) the developer behind my house one... the ah pek house leaking... ask them to see as in contract state within 2 week can complain.. but they didnt go see.. why? cos you fark me all day is better than I spend money go repair

2) my house... the roof truss not long.. they use brick to stack on it

3) one more... before purchase... i ask the developer.. can I add balcony un top of the garrage? he told me.. yes.. my engineer calculated it and you can erect whole floor.... after purchase, when i want to build balcony, he told me cant..

facing similar problem like you after getting key from Medan Damai Sdn Bhd under Mahajaya group.....usually log complaint 2 or 3 times & waited for 2-3 weeks then only the sub con will show up......the the rapair work is also sub standard as usual.
