i am currently using TP-Link router model TL-WR 541G/TL-WR 542 G. i would like to know how can i use the router to block ppstream...which i suspect my housemate is using because it's causing the overall connection to be very slow...i found a domain filtering under security..if i put ppstream to be filtered..will it block the ppstream website or the ppstream player??also is there anyway to know what website is my housemate use for streaming?in case it is not ppstream

QUOTE(goldi_locks22 @ Mar 22 2010, 10:56 AM) Yup, as mentioned by mr_alien, you just need to block the port number of ppstream. And yes, you can also filter the ppstream website from your router control panel. i block the port under ip filtering.i insert the port number under wan port while leaving the lan ip,lan port and wan ip blank.i am still unable to block ppstream:(
