i'm currently taking these:
-Dr. Hagiwara’s BarleyGreen & Beta Beet -Pristine Omega 3 Fish Oil -Himalaya's amalaki Amla C also taken Lacto-5 probiotic for about half year lastime due to weak disgestion problem. now had changed to Lacto GG brand. |
