For those who are taking supplements products, how do u decide to start consuming the product?? Is the product actually worth ur money u put in to it?

For those who are not, how do u decide to not take any? Is there anything of ur health u are certain to?

Everyone is welcome to share the idea to me.

Yup. I'm taking Super Nutrient Essence (SNE) Capsules and Beauskin as supplement. I've try lots of products range from skin care, consulted skin specialist and traditional medication but my freckles and gastric never improved but getting worse.

My friend (not close friend) approach me and I try the 1st box at RM220. I continue consuming these supplement after i finished with my 1st box at RM180 only and I earn some extra income from there. Previously, I've to visit doctor every 2 weeks to take gastric medication. Worse come to worse I have to have injection. But after I have taken these supplement, my gastric problem has gone and my freckles since I'm young has improved. I find the miracle in these products.

Now, I'm taking the product for free as it was rewarded by the company since I've friends and downlines. I continue with the product and skin care as the marketing plan is fabulous too.

Interested and for more information, please PM me for detail. Thank you.

You want to increase blood circulation? Simple
- Grape Seed Extract
- Vit C with Hesperidin + Quercetin
- Capsaicin (the stuff responsible for spiciness of chili - aka eat more spicy food)
- Garlic
- Exercise
- Avoid process food

IMHO, there are better priced Gingko. Thomson is overpriced.
Solgar 180 capsule = RM176
Eclectic (freeze dried) 90 capsules = RM79
Kroeger 90 capsule = RM44

in the past. fine.

but liver can heal itself unless it goes into cirrhosis........

any recent blood test on liver profile? AST, ALT, ALP, bilirubin ?

perhaps there's no need for the supplement.

Supplements which contain Milk Thistle and Red Clover is good for the liver. While turmeric is anti-inflammatory in nature, the active ingredient (which is curcumin) is what we need. Our body can only absorb Curcumin when there is pepper as well. Thus, the tea which you are taking might or might not be effective (depends if it contains pepper or if your diet has pepper in it).

Are bulk powders regarded as supplments? and are they healthy if they just contain protein, oats and flavourings?

be careful with supplements as in theory, our body is equipped with mechanisms to acquire what it needs from the environment to give us a life of up to 150years (well, at least insulin should be produced that long in theory). However, aggressive infections did kill our ancestry a lot earlier, and as we modernize, poor diet and build up of cholestrol blobs in our blood vessels put paid to any improvements in antibiotics that we got in early 20th century. Now, DNA mutating ingested chemicals again ensured we wont get pass 110 too often.

Eat balanced diet, 3 times a day, with appropriate amounts of carbs, proteins and fat,get good muscular and bony health from adequate sun exposure and drink plenty of water 2-3L per day, enough fruits and vegs; with these, u can never go wrong
