i just wish to know more friends who have experience in these sports and understand more! I am so eager to try out but there is no kaki..

how abt kayaking? lol, i like kayaking. some extremes are really fun. and yeah, too bad no kaki. most of my girl friends either scared of kena burnt by the sun or spoil their fair skin

i reside in sarawak. here it's pretty easy to get involved with kayaking and some extreme sports like rock climbing, etc. something like half an hour ride. hehe

hi, I'm into sky diving! I had my first 2 sky diving jumps. Went alone to attend the training and jump, since all my friends aren't interested. I'm looking forward to have white water rafting, paramotor/paraglider, next sky diving jump. where is ur location? KL?

* 0745
Leave for Gopeng from Subang Jaya. Expect to reach by 9.00 to 9.15am.

* 0930
Pick up from Gopeng Town. Depart for Ulu Geruntum (Starting Point)

* 1000
Arrive starting point. Put on white water rafting equipment, safety briefing will be given by RIVERBUG guide.

* 1015
Rafting commences. Covering the distance of 12 km with 9 big rapids along the way. Rafting journey takes around 1 ½ - 2 hours.

* 1200
Upon arrival at the ending point, Kg. Jahang. Light meal is served with cold drinks. After meal, depart to Gua Tempurung.

* 1315
Tempurung Cave exploration for 2 hours. Top of the World and short river adventure package.

* 1515 - End of tour


Recommended Things to Bring:-

1. Change of clothes
2. Towel
3. Insect Repellent
4. Sun-block lotion
5. Torch light (+ battery) <-- very important!!!

if skydive in malaysia, usually jump conduct at johor. Malaysian Royal Air Force does not allow any student to jump in KL..so no worries. base jumping for professional .its a big flat ground in Johor. Must jump, once at least one in a lifetime.

i just got my scuba diving license last week. so damn fun. actually, south east asia is the best place for diving. did mine at perhentian. water was so beautiful

I used to do extreme sports as a teenager on my dirt bike. But for some people they only want the 'cool' (& lazy) x-treme sports like skysurfing or jetskiing.

But if you tell them to do extreme sports like ATB-ing or parkour or rock climbing they say "tak nak too difficult".

p.s. scuba diving and white water rafting don't fall in the extreme games category.

it'll be easier to find kaki if you just focus one one thing first. trust me when I say there are actually damn a lot of sporty girls out there Sky diving peeps might be a little harder to find though in Malaysia since it's so expensive

hello that is Free fall with different suit .... just reduce the dropping speed not flying and it need parachute for landing too, max give you another 30 second on air for 10000 ft jump ....

2. Static: (3000ft), your parachute open once you jump out from the plane.

Looking for cheaper solution ?
try Paragliding or Paramotor but you miss the freefall fun

hi! thread bumped bcos i just went for an atv ride!

i heard the best atv ride is at ulu yam, and it includes a half an hour ride to a waterfall

i went to a new one at shah alam, if you go at night you can drive to a spot to have bbq and drive back... AT NIGHT (i did mine in the evening though, cos... it's damn dangerous wei, driving an atv but left and right alot of craters in the ground... if you're a reckless driver your atv can easily topple over) =.= and no hospital nearby also... =.=

my atv ride was 1.5hours long for rm70 per atv, but two people can sit on one atv... i recommend that everyone rides their own atv though cos it's so much more fun especially when u're going down a steep slope omg

1) downhilling with bicycle (usually at mount kiara,putrajaya,nilai,shah alam)
2) scrambler race (any open construction site hehe)
3) paintball (bukit jalil,damansara,bukit cerakah shah alam)
4) hiking (bukit tabur,manong perak,bukit cermin and alot)

if u keen to try any of those,u can pm me.cause i hv few of bicycle and few of scrambler and hiking it just a free land man.for a start u can go to broga for spirit walk with ur friends.

It sounds interesting, but what I mean is in that package, do you conduct briefing and drills on skydiving? is it a tandem jump? If yes, how many hours does one need to do in order to do solo jumps? How many jumps in those 2 days? Also, will you be teaching your customers on how to fold the canopy after landing?

p.s. Rm950 is a steep price to pay for 2 days though.
