Graphics
The graphics in this game is nothing to jump out of your seat. The only thing i can say is the enviroment is a master piece. The character modelling is a bit dull and simple but it gets the job done.

Gameplay
The gameplay of this game is to create choas. So all you have to do is blow things up. There are mission and all but it just runs down to simple capture a new base to escorting missions. If like collecting then your in for a treat. There are 300 faction items, 3000 upgrades to be found, 104 to be driven, hundreds of locations to discovered. This game is a blast. The story is a bit dull but the exploration is the key. You can find things like:

The LOST(TV series) crash sit and bunker hatch.
A whale that you must blow up to get a health upgrade.
A fish which has a shark fin tied to it to make it look like a shark above sea level.
A island that looks like a pie.

The controls for this game is solid no matter what you doing. I heard a lot of people complaining bout the shooting mechanics but i dare to say that it is not an issue at all. Driving physics are spots on (FR cars oversteer, scooter cant go uphill fast, planes cant reverse) but since the cars in the game are non-license i can say that. The only problem i have is the rag doll physics in this game. Im ok with the body rag doll but apparently even the car bounces a lot when going over jumps.

Technical
There will be some framerate drop during the cutscenes but other then that the game runs smoothly during gameplay. There is a function in PS3 only that allows you to take ingame footage and upload it directly to youtube or save it in your harddisk. This is the first game which has this function and i hope that other game will follow.

There are only 4 times when you will be in loading screens.

1. When the game starts.
2. When you die or accept a mission.
3. When you call the black market.
4. When you are using the black market to transport you to other locations.

All this are non gameplay related so the game is smooth as hell.

Verdict
If you like GTAIV then you will love this game. Graphically it wont achieve anything but gameplay wise its a blast. And hell who wouldnt wan to play a game about asians with locations names such as:

Awas Cendawan Power Plant
Pulau Kejantanan
Bukit Patah Belakang
and many more funny locations names.

I give it a 8.5/10.
