OEM Sony n Sandisk cards, is there such thing?

i have survey garage sale and some seller saying they are selling ori sandisk MSPD or OEM sony card which does not come with normal box or packages.
is there such thing as OEM MSPD ? the price is tempting since it's 50% half of usual price. how do we differentiate oem than fake if it doesn't come with package ? |

according to what i kena yrs back..no such thg as oem liao..
for sony u can check using magicgate function available in psp n ps3.. |

yeah.. seller promised 5 years warranty... thinking back, never heard of oem product that gave year warranty..
