Just want to share with you my experience regarding this product. I have insomnia. My usual sleeping time each day is 2.30 am and I have to wake up by 7. Usually I will not be able to sleep soundly and toss and turn alot during the night. Throughout the day I will be tired yet cannot sleep. After 2nd day using this patch, I find myself getting sleepy naturally by 11.30 pm and having been getting good sleep until 7 am.
