New units for Public is 134,005,600. Assume institutional holders are not selling. The Price Stabiliser is buying 36/134 = 22% of share from retail investor in 14days.
Stabilisation period expire in 30days, 8th August. Would be interesting to see what happen then ....

Read somewhere that KV office supply will increase ~30% next 2years. Maybe oversupply & hence downward pressure on the office rental market.
However supply for MSC status buildings are still very limited with high demand. Hence rental should hold quite well.

anyone knows what % of QCAP rental is derived from buildings with MSC status? thanks

Axis REIT (RHB Research):
* Acquiring a piece of freehold land in Cyberjaya from FSBM Holdings Bhd.
* Total purchase consideration is RM51.25m. GDY 8.6%, Gearing 34.3%, NAV RM1.89

The research house gave a target price of 2.78! i.e. with 7% yield

The market jump 2% today & everyone so 'bullish'. Hitting 1700 seems just a matter of time.

But this 'fever' is bothering more & more ... is it time to sell?
