What's the point of increasing the asset size if it only brings further dilution to the shareholders? I guess only the ARREIT management untung from this
 Having said that, the best thing about ARREIT is that the tenancies are mostly steady. |

Insider Asia put Quill into their portfolio this week
 citing their undervalued NTA. That's kinda weird, since I thought it's the DPU that counts. |

Hmm true also
 just because there is a huge influx of commercial properties doesn't mean they are in prime locations or they can easily steal strategic tenants. Good locations are getting scarce around KL. |

To get that kind of yields, you need to invest near to historical low.
For some of those REITs, it's when they first dropped post-IPO... now lambat liao |
