What's the point of increasing the asset size if it only brings further dilution to the shareholders? I guess only the ARREIT management untung from this laugh.gif

Having said that, the best thing about ARREIT is that the tenancies are mostly steady.

Insider Asia put Quill into their portfolio this week hmm.gif citing their undervalued NTA. That's kinda weird, since I thought it's the DPU that counts.

Hmm true also unsure.gif just because there is a huge influx of commercial properties doesn't mean they are in prime locations or they can easily steal strategic tenants. Good locations are getting scarce around KL.

To get that kind of yields, you need to invest near to historical low.

For some of those REITs, it's when they first dropped post-IPO... now lambat liao rclxub.gif
