I would say if REIT is to get a blow in crisis, that will be a good time to enter REIT market (Of course those which are strong, have a strong cash flow)
Because when the crisis is over, and when things come back around, the yield will be crazy. Moreover, prices of hot places will continue to surge higher and higher
