Hi all,
Looking forward to purchase some REITS as investment purpose. Looking from http://mreit.reitdata.com/ website, Atrium gives the highest yield of 8.222%.
Should this a good buy at 1.06?

QUOTE(cwhong @ Jan 11 2011, 03:32 PM) u can have a look at the below websites ..... Does that mean buying m'sia reit is better since yield is higher compared to sg? As I understand sg no tax on the dividend.http://mreit.reitdata.com/ you also can have a look at the Singapore Reits page from the sites above ..... personally i invest more on SG reit compare to MY reit ..... do not saying my reit was not good but in terms of yields is getting lesser atm..... |

QUOTE(Bonescythe @ Mar 9 2011, 11:37 PM) Federal Banks are working 24/7 in printing out more and more money. Hi Bone,That is why too much money in the market now. Bad thing is, the rich are holding more and more money, because their money work for more money, while the poor are stuck in between, running a rat race. Anyhow, back to topic.. I would say if REIT is to get a blow in crisis, that will be a good time to enter REIT market (Of course those which are strong, have a strong cash flow) Because when the crisis is over, and when things come back around, the yield will be crazy. Moreover, prices of hot places will continue to surge higher and higher Mind to share what REITS your holding? |

QUOTE(Bonescythe @ Mar 10 2011, 12:19 AM) SUNREIT and STAREIT. But aren't Sunreit has the lower dividend yield compared to other REITS? Mind sharing your ABP for the counters?Don't they compliment each other, and make a perfect couple? Hahaha Still waiting for good moment to acquire more, especially STAREIT (High booming potential). |

QUOTE(cherroy @ Mar 22 2011, 09:00 PM) LOL, this is wishful thinking. When is the IPO? Could anyone share the link/ information? I don't think so. It has nothing to do with Axreit actually. Just another reit that potential being launched and listed by the same management. Thanks This post has been edited by CP88: Mar 22 2011, 09:59 PM |
