QUOTE(yok70 @ Mar 4 2011, 02:22 PM) From the ARREIT's anual report, I saw this column called "Value over total asset value % (a/b)" in the Property Portfolio page. What's it? Is it same as "Rental yield %" ? Thanks! You've got a nice report..it is actually the current value of the asset represented in percentage over total asset value. Not the same as the rental yield.. Added on March 4, 2011, 8:53 pmQUOTE(Bonescythe @ Mar 4 2011, 05:11 PM) With the upcoming booms in office space.. It will proof to be challenging to secure tenants.. And price will be slashing deep. Forecast analyst told that office space will be going to be over supply soon with the current growth in office place supplies.. It is not only the reason for the drop..first quarter of the year 2011 has just over so there maybe some portfolio adjustment undertaken by fund managers..if you notice selling activities were quite big in volumn so suspecting the FF were the the culprits. However, i see this as an opportunity for retail punters to go in...just my guess.. This post has been edited by sopol: Mar 4 2011, 08:53 PM
