If u don't know better ask rather than sit and wait. There is no right or wrong asking or requesting something. There neither convenient nor inconvenient here fellow forumer.

Which freeware site or tools that you need to pay and download. Name me one FREEWARE that you need to pay to download. In my 16 years Tech life , i've never paid for Freeware.

Shareware is something you get to try , without have to pay anything and there's time limit to use the shareware.
Again Shareware you dont need to "pay".

Opensource is something you get in source code form, and some rights are reserved by developers and provided under certain license limitations.

Now again, Opensource , you dont need to "pay"

PSP Games are available for purchase legally at Games section. If you insist of replying my response to you , please take a look at XXXX, go under Games section, Download the "ahem" PSP games.
