Ticket prices is in SGD, around 60++ usually considered a good deal. Express pass depends on season, but min rate is 30. Go there on a weekday, you won't even need express pass.please enlighten me of certain issue

Better if can stay in SG, look for budget hotels in novena/balestier or even hostels in little India etc
Do note that you have to pay to enter sentosa island. RWS do have shuttle for free entry but only applicable to certain hotel guest.
