I have went to see this unit at Jalan wawasan 2/8, 4 storey shop lot apartment.Ground floor unit shop lot looking to sell at Rm780k...I see that area quite good,it surrounding by Prima condos,Sunrice Park aprts, Next to Pekan Ampang,Opposite Ampang Water Front,.. Got CIMB,Hong Leong,RHB,EON,Affin,Lembaga Tabung,KFC,ToTo,1+3D around this bandar baru ampang. Leasehold with 75years left. Current Rent out at Rm3500 to saloon. Sorry not sure about the location but the rental yield only 4.6% which is kinda low.

looking for long term invest 5-10 years...but leasehold with 75years left now...will i have problem when i sell 10years later? |
