The name Bob so familiar, do a search on Tradezone Dispute Corner, and see if you find the similar complaints.

Did u deal with him at lyn? how do u get to know about him? since they have a shop maybe can try to check with the shop if this guy have any related to them...

Hope the address you give complete.. even courier can't found your place.

Added on April 3, 2010, 11:43 amno i am not making accusation as my mum is always at home, in fact Bob ommitted the jalan satu" which make the courier man can't locate as u know malaysia all the jalan has no. Moreover he didn't take d trouble to reply our email to him immediately he acknowledged sent out the parcel the following day. We requested for details of the courier company n consignment note. In fact till now he never reply d mail to my sis.

In additional to that, all branches fixed lines phones no one seemed to pick up the call except Kangkar branch who assist me to call his hp but no longer in service. For the past two weeks my mum keep calling everyday, finally manage to contact the owner -andry who is very helpful n capable.

Is not because of money but the present is not given in times which is very precious for my sis n bf anniversary gift.

case closed??TS haven't close it....in my opinion, both of them have their own wrong..
but seller is seriously kinda ignorant for not being responsible...

We apologize for the problem cause.. all showroom are under restructuring and renovation progress. Starting on March 2010 only alor star showroom & kangar showroom will be operate as usual. Times Square showroom still under renovation, we move into new shop lot for better place and will be open around July or August this year.

The email you send to me can't be reply due to server maintained. This problem come when we migrate into new web server.
