Nope, sorry no offence, but you are wrong.

I've bought online from LFC Online shop. Anything below RM500 comes through Customs is safe..

If you buying your jersey equivalent to RM500 or more , your items are taxable.

How about jeans that worth RM700 after converting from pounds? Taxable?

anything over rm500 for personal items, is taxable by law.
different items have different tax schemes.
but usually clothes is 30%.
