Can any master care to explain the below statement (announcement) all about in short words. Thank you.
- Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed New Shareholders Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature. - Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares. |
